He worked with Larsen & Toubro as Construction Manager and with other leading Construction Companies like HCC, JMC, Artha Real Estate Corporation & Developer Group as leading real estate Japanese MNC.

His Major Projects include Highways, Airports & Residential, Industrial Projects. He is Core Member with Indian Green Buildings Council Bangalore Chapter and heading the Colleges & Institutions for the development of Green Buildings. He has trained & placed many Engineers in leading Corporates across India.

Dr Hariharan Chandrashekar,is an Indian economist who turned to business in the late 1980s. He has presided over projects on water, energy and green buildings for over 30 years. He is an environmental economist, entrepreneur, green business mentor, writer, policy advocate and urban analyst. He is the founder of AltTech.Foundation, a non-government, not-for-profit, industry-led and industry-managed Trust. Its mission objective and his work over thirty years has focused on zero energy development strategies for buildings with freedom from the grid for energy, water and waste.

He runs a series of online education and policy dialogues under the banners of the Prem Jain Memorial Trust, INHAF India and the AltTech Foundation.

Served as visiting Faculty for Part timeM.Arch., in Hindustan University Chennai for one year. Serving as a Guest faculty in Micro Small & Medium Enterprises [MSME], Guindy, Chennai since 2012. Received Best Engineer Award from JSW steel for the year 2017-2018.

A veteran from the Indian Army, who completed his Civil Engineering Degree in 1968 and served for 34 years till his superannuation as a Chief Engineer in March 2002. Based on his experience he has been endowed as a “Fellow” of: Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK), Institution of Engineers India, Institution of Valuers India, Institution of Surveyors and Institution of Town Planners. He served as Project Director/Head Roads and Runways Business Unit-Delhi International Airport Ltd and Senior VP respectively with various MNCs like L&T, IJM (Malaysia), Contracts Expert with RITES/DMRC and Project Controller (VP) at AFCONS. For many years he has been a Visiting Professor with Govt College of Engineering, Pune, School of Planning and Architecture and as Professor Emeritus with RICS School of Built Environment, AMITY University. He has so far trained/mentored more than 100 candidates who have successfully got MRICS certification.

He brings in over four decades of rich & extensive experience in Project Management of Infrastructure and Real estate projects. His biggest strength lies in swiftly ramping up projects execution using competent cross-functional skills with special focus on Management of Projects, Management of Risks, Arbitration, Dispute/Conflict Avoidance, Commercial Management, Quantification of Works and Contract Management.

Er Sivaraman is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 26 years of experience providing end to end solutions in planning, designing, procurement and execution of projects through EPC, LSTK and other project delivery models using various contract forms.

Managed more than 100 million sqft of campus development and fit out projects including hotels, resorts, restaurants, multiplex, multistoried residential, commercial & public utility projects, IT parks, R&D centres, Hospital, Highways, industrial, etc.

A Graduate in Civil Engineering from Bharathiyar University having 40 years experience in Project development, Strategic planning, Project Management, Cost/Time Management, Project implementation and coordination in the fields of Hospital, Commercial Buildings and Residential developments.

Er Deepasree, an Engineer having 15+ years of Experience in handling the academics & administration work. She takes care of implementation of Trainings, Industry Connect for the Employment, Students Counselling and administration works. She takes care of identifying the Employer needs and identifying the right candidates for the right job. She is associated with CMTi past 3 years, prior she worked as lecturer in a leading College in Bengaluru.

Er Vivek Singh carries 25+ years of Construction Experience especially in Highways / Smart Cities worked as Project Manager in Larsen & Toubro, Infrastructure division. He handled Projects Dholera Smart City, Gandhidham Samyakhali Highway Project, Ahmedabad Viramgham Mallya Highway Project and many more He is expert in Infrastructure Projects. He is now free-lancing Consultant working for Various Highway Projects, Clients include Adani / L&T / Kosher Infra and Many more. He is expert trainer on Highway / Smart Cities Construction.

She visited many countries like Singapore, South Korea, Germany, London, Hong hong, Dubai, Bankok and Nepal to present her research findings
